“Craig was the exact project manager I needed at a moment of overwhelm in a complex kitchen remodel! He cataloged and QA'd a delivery of two pallets of cabinetry, appliances and materials — some 1400+ items! He assured all items ordered were included, organized and staged it all in a way that made it useful for the builders to assemble the kitchen, and oriented the builders to the plan to guide assembly of the kitchen. He basically arrived on the scene, understood the assignment, and effectively became the foreman for their team for the day!

The process would have been a mess without his attention to detail, clear communication and sense of calm, cool, and collected. Furthermore, he offered helpful suggestions that pushed the builders to a higher level of quality, and even pointed out that the original hardwood floors could be revived — which are now the centerpiece of the remodel!  He’s practical, positive, and actively seeks ways to be helpful where it’s needed.
